Pregnancy and your professional life can go hand in hand. I encourage all my patients to continue with their work till 3rd trimester of Pregnancy, unless recommended otherwise by your Doctor. Being engaged in work, and conference people professionally and socially will lower your stress levels.

2. Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?
You can securely travel during your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless advised otherwise due to high danger Pregnancy.

Walking is normally recommended at all phases. Your Gynecologist might also advise on certain Pelvic exercises to improve possibilities of Normal Delivery.

3. Tips that can help me stay comfortable during Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.
